  • 1 bowl of Mediterranean hummus – fresh dip – 200 grams
  • 1 box of Pita chips – 100 gram

Storage instructions for hummus: To be stored in Refrigerator (0-4°C). Do not Freeze. Use a dry spoon. Before putting back to the fridge, add a small layer of oil.

Storage instructions for falafel: Keep frozen.  Keep Frozen until use. Do not thaw.

Storage instructions for Pita Chips: Store in an airtight container.

Shelf life of hummus is one week.  Shelf life of falafel is one month and for pita chips should be consumed in one week.
