Frozen - Ready to cook, freeze to fry/airfry/grill at your convenience
Storage information:
Keep frozen. Keep Frozen until use. DO NOT THAW. Shelf Life : 3 months
Usage:
Can be used in Slider buns, Buddha bowls, Sandwiches, Wraps, Panini or Eat as is. With 15 grams of proteins and added Vitamin 6 and 12, these patties are fibrous to make you feel full for a long time.
How to Use:
Keep frozen prior to use. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary.
Fry: Fry at medium flame for 5 min, Flip once or twice in between.
Skillet: Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook approximately 7 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and cook an additional 5 minutes until heated through and well browned.
Airfryer : remove plastic wrapping and place one patty in the airfryer. Cook on high for 1 0 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for 5 additional minute. Product should be hot throughout but will not brown
