XO Sauce, first created in Hong Kong, is traditionally made of dried shrimps and scallops. Known for its intense sweet, salty, rich Umami flavor, the "VEGAN XO sauce", made using mushrooms, can be used for fried rice, stir fry noodles, grilled vegetables, ramen, or as a condiment for spring rolls and dumplings (Vegetarian)


Edible sunflower oil (22%), mushrooms, red chilli paste (19%), shallots, garlic (8%), ginger, mixed spices, sugar, iodised salt, soy sauce

Storage Information: Store in the Refrigerator (0-4°C). Do not Freeze. Use a dry spoon. Before putting back to the fridge, add a small layer of oil. Consume within a month
