Usage:
Can be used in Burgers, Buddha bowls, Sandwiches, Wraps, Panini or Eat as is. With 15 grams of proteins and added Vitamin 6 and 12, these patties are fibrous to make you feel full for a long time.
Storage information: Keep Frozen until use. DO NOT THAW. Shelf Life : 3 months
How to Use:
Keep frozen prior to use. (Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary)
• Deep Fry: Fry In moderate heat for 2 min. Toss it over and fry for 2 more min.
• Oven: Preheat oven to bake at 180 degrees. Place burger on ungreased baking pan. Bake approximately 5 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and bake on additional 5 minutes, until heated through and well browned.
• Skillet: Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook burger approximately 4 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and cook an additional 4 minutes until heated through and well browned.
• Airfryer: Preheat to 200 degrees in the Airfryer. Cook on medium for 5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for 5 additional minutes. Product should be hot throughout but will not brown
